Secure Sharing is supported for Enterprise Prime accounts only. Reach out to your Sales or Customer Success rep if you're interested in utilizing this feature.
Secure Sharing offers a restricted and manageable option for external sharing of your Share links to your clients for feedback. When activated, it will ensure that only the people you add to your Share link will be able to view it, creating a safe environment of knowing who has access to your media.
To use Secure Sharing, when creating a Share link, go to Link Visibility and change the link from Public to Secure.
When selected, the option to list email addresses in the Share Link via Email will turn into Manage Access.
Adding users to Manage Access will be similar to the Share Link via Email experience, in that you can select members who have access to your Workspace or any email address outside of your account to allow access to the Secure link. You can add or remove additional members or emails at any time.
Secure Share Settings in Account Settings
Secure Sharing can be activated through individual share links as seen above, or authorized across your account for even fuller control of your media. These settings can only be authorized by an Owner or Content Admin in your Workspace.
Enable Authorized Domain will allow anyone with sharing permissions to give access to all users from any domains you insert. Write the domain names in the field below this setting for who you would like to keep share access limited to.
Require Secure Shares is an option to disable the creation of all public Shares.
Default Share Access Type lets you choose whether you want to have your default shares be Public or Restricted. This saved setting will apply to all future shares you make once applied.
