When receiving notifications via share links, the notification settings differ depending on whether their Frame.io access is as a Reviewer or as a Member.
If the user is a Reviewer
Reviewers will receive notification updates via digest emails on a 15 minute digest basis. They must comment on a shared asset to receive notifications from that asset.
Email notifications will be sent out to Reviewers when:
Invited to a new share link
Comment created*
Reply created*
@ mentioned created*
* only in the assets that they’ve comment on within the share link
Reviewers can also turn off a share link's notifications in the Share or directly from the email.
If the user is a Frame.io member
Advanced notification settings are available to members of an account. Navigate to Settings > Notifications to configure the frequency and triggers. Notifications can be enabled/disabled on a per Project or per Workspace basis.
