Within the Content Security page, Account Owners and Admins will be able to adjust Sharing and Watermarking Settings for their Enterprise account.
Note: This account settings tab is only accessible to Enterprise customers.
Share Settings
Require Passphrase for Public Shares
Make all share links require a passphrase to access the contents of the share link for anyone both outside of or internally within the Workspace.
Default Share Expiration
Owners and Admins can set the default length of time that their account shares should expire. Select the period of time you would like for any share link to expire. Once it expires, it will not be accessible to anyone outside of your Workspace.
Default Share Download Settings
Enforce download abilities to be toggled on or off by default with newly created share links. If Downloads Off is selected, select the user roles that are allowed to override this setting and turn it on for share links. This can be either Admins & Owner, Full Access, or Edit & Share users.
Note: If Full Access and/or Edit & Share are selected, Admins & Owner is also automatically selected.
Secure Share Settings
Require Authorized Domain
Allow anyone with sharing permissions to choose to give access to all users from any domains you insert. Write in the domain names below this setting for who you would like to keep share access limited to.
When creating a Share link, there should now be an option to Include authorized domains to toggle on or off.
Require Secure Shares
This option will enforce all new and existing share links be set to Secure share links by default, and disabling all Public link creation.
Default Share Access Type
Choose whether you want to have your default shares be Public or Restricted. This saved setting will apply to all future shares you make once applied.
Access Request Security
Allow Access Requests
Choose whether users can send a request access to a Workspace or Project they currently don't have access to. Content Admins and Owners will be able to approve requests if toggled on.
Watermark Security
Default on Internal Playback & Downloads (Watermark and Forensic Watermark)
Apply a watermark to all assets viewed within your Workspace. If toggled on, select the roles that you want it applied to, or select Everyone for universal application.
Default on Share Links (Watermark and Forensic Watermark)
Apply a watermark to all assets viewed in any new or existing Share Links. If toggled on, select the user roles that are allowed to override this setting and turn watermarking off for share links. This can be either Admins & Owner, Full Access, or Edit & Share users.
For both settings, you can set a default watermark template to appear on assets from this account. There are additional controls for watermarking in Workspace settings and on Share settings.
Forensic Watermark Fallback
Enable a fallback method if Forensic Watermarking fails to apply to an asset. Choose between Allow Playback without Watermarking or Allow Playback with Default Template. You can also disable the asset altogether by selecting Prevent Playback.
Digital Rights Management Security
Default on Internal Playback
Apply DRM to all your video assets inside your account to anyone who has access to them.
The default setting is set to all role types except for Content Admins & Owners, which will be displayed as Multiple Roles. This can also be any combination of roles selected for more granular control, all the way up to Everyone. Single roles can be selected as well. If all roles are deselected, the settings will toggle off.
Default on Share Links
Apply DRM to all your externally shared video assets for newly created Share Links.
Because there are Share restrictions on certain user roles, the roles available are limited to Content Admins & Owners, Workspace Admins, Full Access Members, and Edit & Share Members. The default role for this setting is applied to Content Admins & Owners. If all roles are deselected, the settings will be listed as No One, which means this setting is required on every Share and no one has the ability to turn this option off when creating a new Share Link.
Asset Security
Default Internal Download Setting
Enforce internal download settings to be toggled on or off by default with newly created Workspaces. If Downloads Off is selected, select the user roles that are allowed to override this setting and turn it on for share links. This can be either Admins & Owner, Full Access, or Edit & Share users.
Default Asset Lifecycle
Set your default auto-delete duration to 30, 60, or 90 days that will apply to newly created Workspaces. You can also choose a custom period of time by clicking Custom. Select None to turn off default Asset Lifecycle on newly created Workspaces.
Note: If None is the default setting, this does not mean that this feature can't be used. It means that it isn't applied automatically when creating a new Workspace or Project. Asset Lifecycle can still be applied when None is selected in your Account Settings at the Workspace level.
