Account Settings
To adjust your notification settings for Email and In-app Notifications navigate to your Notifications page under your Settings.
In the Notifications page you can change the frequency of emails to 5 minutes, once per 15 minutes, hourly, or daily. This reduces the comment notifications from being sent immediately to a digest of notifications into single emails. The option to turn off these notifications can also be done by selecting Never.
You can also choose to send email and mobile notifications when someone comments on an asset, replies to your comment or when someone @ mentions you in a comment! And if someone uploads an asset.
Note: Email digests are account-based. This allows you to receive the vital digest email notifications to keep up with your account activity with significantly fewer emails.
Project Notifications
You have the option to enable or disable project notifications in Frame.io. The listing inside this Notifications tab will redirect you to turn on or off your project notifications individually inside of your Workspace. Click Go to Workspaces to be sent back to your Workspace to adjust these settings. The toggle can be found from the three-dot menu under each project, or as a toggle under the Workspace settings to enable or disable in bulk.
