There are a few different ways to download assets within Frame.io.
Download All Clips in a Folder
To download an entire folder, you can click the three-dot menu on the folder and select “Download” from the drop-down menu.
Download Individual Clips
To download a single file, select the three-dot menu on a clip > Download > download the original file or a smaller proxy file.
Downloading from within the player page is also an option. Select the file name at the top of the player page and select “Download“
To download all assets within the folder you are in, select “Download All Assets” from the top of the Project page.
Download Bulk Clips
If you are looking to download two or more items at once you can press Shift and select bulk select the files. Command/Control on your keyboard will add and select multiple files/folders individually.
Download with Transfer
When you click the Download button in Frame.io, you'll be asked to choose whether to Download in Browser or Download with App, referring to the Frame.io Transfer app. If you have the Transfer app, your download will immediately be sent to it to begin single or bulk downloading. Click Always use this download method to save your preferred download setting.
