Whether you forgot it or need to create a new one, You can change your password anytime from your Profile page. To access your Profile page, click your account logo in the bottom left of your screen and select Settings and choose your Profile.
From here, click Edit next to your current password, enter your current password and your new password to confirm, then save the changes.
Your new password needs to have at least: One lowercase character, One uppercase letter, One number, One special character, and must be 8 or more characters.
You can also send yourself a password reset email.
When you Log out of Frame.io and then sign back in, after typing your email address, you will see the option to click Forgot Password?
If you do not see this and you automatically sign in, you can use the link:
https://accounts.frame.io/forgot
This will send the email address entered an email with a link to generate a new password.
Note: If you enter an incorrect password multiple times, the account will be locked until you contact support@frame.io to unlock the account. We strongly suggest changing your password before your account is locked due to using an incorrect password.
If you are using a Google-powered email address, Frame.io sends you to Google to sign in using that extra layer of security. You can choose to disable Google Authentication before you create your account.
